Turned 26 last week. Since I am becoming an old geezer, I guess it's time to start checking things off my bucket list. I got cello lessons for my birthday. Kinda got teary-eyed opening up the cello because I am pretty excited about it. Now I am frequently listening to Yo-Yo Ma to get me inspired. I don't know how to use the bow yet, but my teacher already has me plucking out a couple tunes.
Jesse and I spent the day eating out, swimming, cross-country skiing, at the gym, and watching Lost. It was the perfect birthday.
I think its gonna be a good year.

Happy un-birthday Emily! I can't wait to hear you play the cello next Christmas Eve :) Looks like the big day was a good one -- enjoy the rest of your 26th year!
Thanks Em. My email is kerrahvan@yahoo.com. Way to go on the cello lessons. I want to take piano someday. Thats awesome that you're taking that on. I need to get some other projects on first, and maybe have my kids be a little older.
