home improvements: family room and the kitchen

their junk filled more than two big ol' dumpsters. i still get mad thinking about it.

their things are arranged like this because they apparently tried to have a garage sale.

this is the room where our home inspector said,

installed gas line for new range

installed overhead microwave

moved and removed cabinets

painted cabinets

new hardware (except just painted the hinges silver)

new paint everywhere

new lighting over kitchen table

installed tile backsplash

new faucet, old sink

installed new butcher block countertops
