Warning: Do Not Attempt

In case you were wondering, this thing is dangerous.
I saw an idea on pinterest, where you fill the Scotch Brite wand with dish detergent and vinegar, to keep in your shower for convenient cleaning.  I thought I would give it a try.  I filled the wand with the mixture and shook it up.  A split second later I heard "BAM!" and I was blinded by burning pain as I was blasted in the eyeballs with the detergent/vinegar mixture.  No one warned me this would happen!  The reaction caused the little round plug to burst open and the liquid exploded in my face.  And guess what.  It really really really hurt.  I flushed my eyes out for a while and took out my contacts, but it still felt like I had little grains of sand in my eyes.  Fortunately, Jesse was home so he could help me.  We had plans to go out to dinner with Grammie and family, so we packed up and left.  As I was explaining to everyone why I was wearing my glasses, I burst into tears and left the restaurant.  So embarrassing.  Kim had some eye drops from Andy's last eye surgery so I went to her house to recoup.  I am feeling much better now so I believe no permanent damage has been done, but maybe I need to alert the authors of the website where I got the horrible idea from.
