Pioneer Trek

Jesse and I spent the last few days in Wyoming as a Ma and Pa. It was a strange experience worrying about and praying over these seven teenagers that we had never even met before. The trip had its highs and lows: the worst low being "sleeping" in my 5 year-old nephew's 3 foot by 5 foot tent without any pads underneath us. But being in Martin's Cove and hearing the testimonies of the kids made it a very worthwhile experience. Going on pioneer trek sure makes one grateful for what the pioneers sacrificed so that we could live in this land we love. Three cheers for the pioneers.
