spring time is a good time

Sunshine at the park.  Springtime is a good time.
We love being able to go for walks in the evenings now that the sun is still up after dinner.  Maddie is a good sport and accompanies her brother around the block as he scoots slowly on his bike.

For documentation purposes, here is Dr. V's prediction of Benjamin's height as an adult.  5 feet 10 inches.  Time will tell: will he pass up Daddy?

This picture is also from the doctor visit.  The pictures on top are Before Shots.  The pictures on bottom are After Shots.  This is one part of my job as a mom that I really really loathe.

So what's the deal?  At 2 years old he still likes eating dirt.  Like, he likes it!

Maddie has learned how to give kisses.  Really gummy, slobbery kisses.  Pretty wonderful actually.

What a difference this warm weather makes!  We play outside all morning, nap all afternoon and the days go by so fast.

New favorite source of entertainment: pushing Maddie in the stroller.  Like, for hours.  He loves it.  And again, Maddie is a good sport.

Yum!

Yum!

Maddie, mesmerized by her Baby Einstein video.

Okay, this was horrible parenting, but we couldn't stop laughing.  We took Benj to City Creek to play on the dinosaurs.  He wanted this green dude All To Himself.  Whenever another kid came up to join him, Benjamin would scream in their face and scare them away (captured in photo on the left) and then success! (on the right) this dinosaur is all his.

Dying Easter eggs with our special egg dye all the way from Germany!
It was very exciting.

Wa La!

Trying to remember, does eating dirt mean he needs more iron, or does it just taste good?
