i did a craft!

I did a craft!  My crafting days are not completely over.  Surprise!  It took me all week, because these babies make it so I can only work in small chunks of time, but it is finally done.  I painted an old frame and used a staple gun to attach chicken wire to the back.  I had to buy 25 feet of chicken wire so I guess I need to make about a hundred more of these.

Benj pushing James on the scoot scoot.

Benj had to be babysit a few times this week.  One of my biggest worries since Nana and Tada left has been having enough babysitters.  I took him to my neighbor while I went to the dentist and a miracle happened.  He didn't cry at all!  When my neighbor told me this, I was so relieved; I started crying!  He has been crying really hard for about 20 minutes when he goes to his cousins and I was so worried it would go badly and she would never babysit for me again.

Yummy Overnight Oatmeal.  Our favorite breakfast.

This girl deserves a prize!  She has been sleeping longer and is MUCH less fussy.  Her "witching hour" days are over.
She has found her "voice" and now makes cute little noises, other than crying.  Yay!  She also stays awake longer during the day.

One of these bears is not like the others.

Play date at the park with Millie, cutest friend with lots of feisty spunk!

While I was digging in the garden, I discovered something scaly and green!  It gave me the heebie jeebies to be sure.
But now we have a new toy for Benj!

Another play date with Kainoa!  I am so glad I have reunited with my best friend from elementary.   I have so much fun talking with her and I'm hoping our boys can be friends too.

Natalie has stepped in as a super babysitter as well.  She is one of the few that Benj does not cry with.  Love her.
That was our week!

If you want to get rid of some of your wire, I was hoping to do that exact craft here soon. Let me know if I can take some off your hands :)

I am glad you and alisa have reconnected and her home would love to be a second grandma to your babies.
